| How do I submit a saying? |

| Under the navigation bar above on the right hand side is a link that says "Submit Saying." Select this link to begin your submittal. If you already have an account with us then you will be prompted to login with your username password that you created. If you did not register for an account then select the link on the login page under the login area that says "Register now it is free!" or select the "Register" link to the right of "Submit Saying." Then on the registration page fill in your information and you will recieve a confirmation email with your username password that you created. Use this username password to login and submit your saying. |

| How do I vote? |

| On the home page to the right side of every Cocky saying there is a green button that says "Vote." Select this button and login to make your vote. If you do not have an account follow the "Register" link under the navigation bar to the right side. All voting is based on a scoring system from 1 to 10. 1 meaning you do not like the saying and 10 meaning you think it "ROCKS!" You can only vote once per saying. |

You are required to have an account to participate on this website due to security reasons. Unfortunately people like to abuse the privilege of participating and by having all participants information helps us to make the environment more secure. |

| No, you can not copyright sayings. Therefore this website is not grounds for copyrighting Cocky sayings. |

| All sayings in the top 5 are there because they have the highest rankings. Top rankings are based on the most number of votes with the highest ratings. |
